  • Asheboro Hybrid Academy’s elementary and middle school students meet in person at our school building every Monday and Thursday, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:40 p.m.

High school students meet in person at our school building every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:55 p.m.

  • Students receive instruction from professional teachers on campus two/three days each week. Teachers handle all lesson planning, preparation, and classroom instruction.

In elementary school, parents serve as a “private tutor,” helping students complete assignments and providing extra support when needed. In middle school, this role shifts to that of a “guide,” as students take greater responsibility for their learning.

Our goal is to develop students who are both spiritually and academically independent, gradually reducing the level of parental support as students grow.

  • Parents serve as their child’s “personal tutor” in this model of schooling, but no teaching experience is required. Our professional teachers introduce and teach new concepts during in-person days, then provide clear assignments and plans for students to complete at home. With the support and guidance of our teachers, parents can feel confident and equipped to support their child’s learning every step of the way.

  • Yes! The first student is enrolled at the standard annual tuition rate, and additional students receive a tuition discount. Please contact us for specific tuition rates and details.

  • No. AHA is an interdenominational community made up of families from a variety of churches who share a desire to raise and educate their children from a Christian worldview. We are a parent-governed organization that welcomes families from many Christian traditions. For more information about what we believe, please see our Statement of Faith.

  • There is a non-refundable $125 enrollment fee that will be required to secure your child's spot. This fee will only be required after we know there is an open spot for your student.

  • We are always interested in connecting with individuals who share our passion for educating and investing in students. If you are interested in learning more about opportunities to work at AHA, we would love to hear from you! Simply use the link under Employment to contact us!

  • All students need to bring a packed lunch.
